Pulled Pork Biscuit Bombs
Recipe
Preheat oven to 375°. Dice half of one sweet onion and mince one garlic clove. Melt 2 tbsp of butter in a skillet on medium heat. Add onion and garlic and sauté until the onions are translucent and beginning to brown lightly on the edges. While the onions cook, take one tube of pre-made Butter Tastin’ Jumbo Biscuits and flatten the biscuits out by hand. When the onions are ready, add 2 lbs of pulled pork to the skillet and reduce the heat to low. Mix pork and onions well, then mixing in a few tablespoons of your favorite sauce. Stuff the flattened biscuits and pinch them closed, laying seam-down on a cookie sheet. Lightly dust the biscuit bombs with pork rub. Bake for 11 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool for 3-5 minutes and enjoy!
